Each customer in our exchange program receives two full sets of filters. One set stays in use, while the other is professionally cleaned and prepped for the next service.

1. Initial Setup: At your first service, our technician installs a complete set of stainless-steel filters and stores your original filters on-site (cleaning them beforehand is recommended).

2. Ongoing Exchanges: At each visit, we remove the used filters, install your clean set, and transport the dirty filters back to our facility for deep cleaning and inspection.
